Returns

Adorable Cushions has a 21 day no quibble returns policy. Should you decide for any reason you no longer require the goods you have purchased, simply re-package and return them to; Adorable Cushions, Unit 2, HW Pryce & Son, Springhill, Wellington, Telford TF1 3NA. All we ask, is that any returns are kept in perfect re-saleable condition. Once we have received and inspected them, we will contact you to make a full refund of your purchase price, plus any original delivery charges you may have paid. We suggest that you return goods using a 'signed for' service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods we do not receive.

Please notify us on 0800 002 9930 or via email; info@adorablecushions.co.uk, if you wish to either cancel an order, or make a return. Please note, the cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility.

Please be assured, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, we offer a full, no quibble guarantee and will refund you in full. It is important to note, for reasons of security, a refund can only be made on the original credit card used for the purchase.
